Resident golf memberships are available to owners of homes or lots within the Hampton Creek Development. It entitles members and their dependent children (unmarried and under age 21) to unlimited golf play, use of tennis courts, swimming pool and clubhouse. Members are allowed use of the driving range upon payment of a monthly range fee. Guest fees and cart or trail fees will be charged to members in accordance with the current published fee schedule.(1)

Junior Membership
- Available to applicants between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Monthly fees are the same as full membership. The initiation fee is $3,000 with $1,500 due up front and the remaining amount is abated over 10 years interest free.
Corporate Membership
- Initiation fee: $5,000
- Monthly fee: $450 per month plus tax
- Range fee: $12 per month plus tax
- Corporate Memberships include 3 designees; up to two additional designees can be added. With the additional designees there will be an increase of the initiation fee of $750 per player and monthly dues will be increased $200 per member per month.
Non-resident golf memberships are available to individuals who do not own property within the Hampton Creek Development. Junior Membership

- Monthly fee: $450 per month plus tax
- Corporate Memberships include 3 designees; up to two additional designees can be added. With the additional designees there will be an increase of the initiation fee of $1500 per player and monthly dues will be increased $200 per member per month.
Social Membership
- Intiation Fee: $3,000
- Monthly Fee: $135 per month plus tax
- Range Fee: $12 per month plus tax
(1) The Champions Club reserves the right to restrict guest play as needed for the protection of tee time
availability for its members.
(2) Any business entity which holds a membership must bequalified to do
business in Tennessee. The business designates those individuals who shall be entitled to exercise all
privileges of such membership (the Corporate Designees). The designees may not be changed more than once
during any 12 month period, except with prior written consent from The Champions Club. Each member shall
be jointly and separately liable for purchase price of membership, dues and charges incurred in commection
with the membership.
